Alice Nicholes grew up in McGill and attended McGill elementary school and White Pine High School.  She moved to Colorado Springs, CO with her husband after graduation from high school while he was serving in the Army.  She received her BA in education from Great Basin College, Ely Campus after she raised her four children. Along with her oldest daughter she earned her Masters Degree in Curriculum Instruction from NOVA Florida University. When she is not at school you will find her working in her yard, garden or doing jigsaw puzzles.  As well as being with her family, two dogs and attending sports events in White Pine County.
